This page explains what happens to the details you share when you contact Helmsman.

What you share

Our inquiry form asks for your name, email, organization, project goals, investment range, and timing. You can also share a phone number, your role in approving the project, and how you would like to proceed. When you arrive from a project guide, its name travels with the inquiry so Aaron has that context.

What happens next

Aaron uses these details to review the project, assess fit, and reply about a possible next step. An inquiry does not book a project or commit you to paid work. Please leave passwords, private staff records, financial account details, and other sensitive information out of the form.

The services involved

Tally hosts the inquiry form and stores submitted responses. The form is configured to send an email notification to Aaron's inbox, and a copy of each inquiry is kept in Helmsman's private Notion workspace so it can be tracked through to a reply. Netlify hosts this website. These providers may process technical information needed to operate their services.

To ask about an inquiry, correct something you sent, or request removal of your inquiry details, email helmsmanagency@gmail.com. Include the email address you used so Aaron can locate the relevant response and correspondence.
