FOR PODCAST NETWORKS AND MEDIA MINISTRIES

Give every show a place in a network listeners can explore.

Bring your podcasts into one branded destination, with dedicated show pages and useful paths between episodes. Supported feeds keep new releases flowing into the website without another upload for your team.

THE WORK BEHIND THE PROMISE

Forty-plus shows. One destination. No second upload.

GoodLion brought together more than 40 shows in partnership with CGN, serving a network of over 1,000 churches. Hosts published through their usual tools, episodes appeared automatically, and listeners could browse the site while audio kept playing.

Aaron founded the network as well as building its platform. He understands the needs of individual hosts and the shared identity around them.

Different shows. One place to discover them.

GoodLion brings episodes from multiple shows into a shared listening destination, while hosts keep publishing through their existing tools.

Keep each show's identity inside the network.

A dedicated show page gives listeners a description, platform links, and an on-site player within the shared GoodLion experience.

WHAT’S GETTING IN THE WAY

Your shows belong together. Your website doesn’t make that clear.

A listener finds one host and never discovers the others. Each new episode brings another link to copy, image to upload or page to check. Older teaching disappears behind the latest release.

The network has depth. Its website needs to help people experience it.

WHAT CAN CHANGE

Let hosts keep publishing while the network comes together.

  • One shared identity: A network destination that still gives each show its own home.
  • More paths to discovery: Show libraries and agreed topic collections that invite listeners to explore further.
  • Less duplicate publishing: New episodes brought in through supported feeds, with exceptions and responsibilities defined.

The project combines network presentation, website design and the publishing connections needed to keep it useful.

HOW HELMSMAN WORKS

Design the network around the hosts who publish and the listeners who explore.

A podcast network needs more than a pretty directory. Identity, feeds, show ownership, discovery, and ongoing publishing all have to work together.

01

Start with the team.

Understand the hosts, publishing tools, listener journeys, network identity, and what the team is already doing manually.

02

Lead the project.

Coordinate show requirements, feed decisions, shared standards, branding, stakeholders, and the launch sequence across the network.

03

Build the right solution.

Create the network destination, show pages, listening experience, and supported feed connections without forcing hosts into unnecessary duplicate work.

04

Equip the team.

Document show onboarding, publishing ownership, and maintenance so the network can add content and people without depending on Aaron for every update.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

Build a network your team can keep current.

Do our hosts have to change podcast providers?

Not necessarily. GoodLion connected existing feeds. We confirm which sources can be supported for your network.

Can you help with the network’s identity and launch?

Yes. Network strategy, branding and launch support can be scoped alongside the platform.

Does this include hosting, editing or audience growth?

Audio hosting, production and ongoing promotion are separate unless agreed. The platform helps people explore the network; it does not guarantee listener growth.

LET’S FIND THE RIGHT NEXT STEP

Bring your shows into one useful destination.

Tell Aaron how many shows you have, where they publish, and how you want listeners to discover them. A clear editorial purpose and permission to feature the shows give the project a strong starting point.

If there is a fit, we’ll arrange a free introductory conversation. Any tailored assessment or project work is scoped and priced before you commit.
