THE WORK BEHIND THE PROMISE

A deep archive became a connected publishing presence.

For Nate Holdridge’s Jesus Famous, Aaron migrated and organized a Squarespace archive into a new content hub. The project inventory included 1,907 posts and 62 pages. A second platform brought in podcast episodes and YouTube teaching automatically.

Readers gained more routes into the work. Staff had fewer media updates to repeat manually.

“Aaron is creative, detailed, and a pleasure to work with. He understood our vision, implemented it beautifully, and built a site we look forward to using for years to serve God’s people. He was worth every penny.”
Nate Holdridge · Senior Pastor, Calvary Monterey

WHAT’S GETTING IN THE WAY

You remember the message. Your reader doesn’t know where to look.

Someone needs help with grief, doubt or following Jesus. The right teaching may already exist, but a feed sorted by publication date gives them little guidance.

Publishing more adds to the library. People also need useful paths through it.

WHAT CAN CHANGE

Give your body of work more ways to serve people.

  • Browse with a purpose: Agreed subjects, series and collections that guide readers toward relevant teaching.
  • Connect the formats: Bring books, articles, audio and video into a coherent ministry presence.
  • Keep publishing: Use supported feeds and integrations to reduce repeated media updates.

The engagement can include content organization, visual design, migration and the publishing connections your library needs.

HOW HELMSMAN WORKS

Start with how people seek teaching and how your team keeps publishing it.

The platform works best when discovery for the audience and sustainability for the ministry are designed together.

01

Start with the team.

Learn what people are trying to find, how the ministry publishes today, and which content types, subjects, and series need a clearer home.

02

Lead the project.

Coordinate the content structure, migration, media sources, decisions, and publishing responsibilities so the project stays coherent.

03

Build the right solution.

Create the publishing home, libraries, discovery paths, and supported media connections that fit the body of work instead of forcing it into a generic feed.

04

Equip the team.

Train the people publishing new material, document the system, and make sure the library can keep growing after the launch team steps away.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

Build around the message and the team sustaining it.

Can the ministry stay central rather than my personality?

Yes. The identity and presentation should reflect the purpose of the work. Jesus Famous was built around the ministry’s message.

Will all our media update automatically?

Automation depends on the feeds and platforms involved. We confirm the supported connections and any remaining publishing tasks before agreeing to the build.

Can we continue publishing during the project?

The transition needs to account for new material. We agree on how it enters the project and who owns each publishing responsibility.
