FOR NONPROFITS, FOUNDATIONS & ASSOCIATIONS
Your nonprofit has grown.
Your website needs to catch up.
Programs have multiplied. Resources are buried. Staff keep patching pages while visitors struggle to understand the whole organization. Let’s give the work a clearer home.

NONPROFIT WEBSITE REDESIGN
Help people understand the work and find their next step.
Helmsman designs and rebuilds websites for nonprofits with multiple programs, substantial resources and small teams doing a lot. Aaron leads the planning, content structure, design, development and handoff, with responsibilities agreed before the build.
Make the organization understandable
Give programs, initiatives and audiences a clear place in the site. Help visitors find the information relevant to them and the next action, whether that is exploring resources, making an inquiry, attending an event or supporting the work.
Bring valuable content forward
Decide what to retain, combine, retire or migrate. For large collections, agree on content types, categories, redirects and checks before moving the archive.
Give staff a manageable website
Shape the CMS, page patterns and publishing workflow around the people who will maintain it. Include training, documentation and agreed ownership.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
A nonprofit’s work had outgrown its website.
For Calvary Global Network, Aaron developed the brand and messaging, built the flagship nonprofit website, and created 10+ websites across its wider ecosystem over several years.
For CalvaryChapel.com, he led a publishing rebuild that brought more than 1,400 articles into an organized archive and gave contributors a shared publishing workflow.
These are faith-based organizations. The relevant experience is concrete: explaining a complex mission, organizing resources, coordinating stakeholders and helping staff publish.
SCOPE THAT FITS YOUR TEAM
Decide what the rebuild needs before committing.
Can you work with our existing tools?
We assess your CMS, donation or registration tools, forms and other services before recommending replacements or integrations. Access, platform capabilities, data handling and maintenance requirements determine what can be connected.
Who handles the content?
Content preparation, copywriting, migration and approvals are assigned explicitly. A website build does not assume your team has unlimited time, or that every old page needs to survive unchanged.
How do accessibility and handoff fit?
We agree on accessibility requirements and verification within the project scope, alongside mobile usability, staff training and launch responsibilities. Any specialist audit is identified and scoped separately.
Where should we start?
Begin with a free fit conversation. If the direction needs investigation, the $2,500 Project Roadmap provides a bounded planning phase and is credited in full toward a Helmsman build that starts within six months.
LET’S FIND THE RIGHT NEXT STEP
Tell Aaron where the website is falling behind.
Share your current website, who it needs to serve and what your team finds difficult to manage. Please leave passwords and sensitive records out of the inquiry.
If there is a fit, we’ll arrange a free introductory conversation. Any tailored assessment or project work is scoped and priced before you commit.
